Aldo Return Policy
Aldo guarantees a refund on unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of your purchase.
A few exceptions…
- In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
- Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.
- No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
How to Make a Return?
You may return online orders free via courier or at any Aldo store. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only.
To return in-store
To find a store nearest you, visit their Store Locator. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of your preference and their associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Free Returns via courier
To initiate your return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Click submit and they will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
