If you need to make a return, please send back any unused items within 90 days of purchase. They will issue a prompt credit to your account when your return is received. It’s that quick and easy. To return products purchased from our website or via phone:
Complete the reverse side of the packing ticket that came with your shipment. If you can’t find the packing ticket, click here to print and complete a returns form, then include it in your package.
Place your item(s) in a secure package, removing or covering any labels on the package.
Return your package to us, selecting one of the options below.
Option A: EZ Returns, your most convenient return option.

No postage is required if you print and use the pre-paid return label.
The cost of using the pre-paid shipping label service is $6.95 and will be deducted from your refund.
No waiting in line! Simply place your package in your mailbox or drop it off at any post office.
Please see return label for additional instructions on how to position and attach it to your package.

If you prefer to return using the delivery service of your choice, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be shipped pre-paid.

Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing ticket and returned Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
They will gladly exchange your item for any product sold in store as an even exchange (provided the exchange item is available.)
Credit card refund charges will be credited to your account. It may take up to two billing statements for a credit to appear on your account.
Cash refunds cannot be made in the store.
Want a different size or style? Please place a new order.
Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
They will not issue a returns credit for used products unless the product was defective.
