We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
2 EASY WAYS TO RETURN
1) Return To A Store (It’s Free!)
Whether you bought your items online, by phone or in any of our stores; you can return or exchange them at any AEO, Aerie, AEO Factory or Tailgate store in the United States. To find the store nearest you, please use the store locator or call them at 1.888.232.4535.
To return or exchange online purchases at an AE, AEO Factory, Aerie or Tailgate store, please take the invoice included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The invoice will serve as your receipt. If you do not have your invoice, you will be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. Shipping is not refundable.
2) Ship Your Items Back
If you received items by mail, it’s easy to send them back!
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below
