Contact customer service to get a pre-authorization and receive a return authorization number. To speak to a customer service representative call 1-800-493-2212.
To get a refund your item needs to be unopened and in its originial packaging within 30 days of the date upon which they provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and may only be redeemed for merchandise or services (available in select stores only).
Mastering the Straight Razor Shave is an art, for hygienic purposes all sales of The Art of Shaving Straight Razors are final.
*This excludes The Art of Shaving Dovo Disposable Blade Straight Razor.

INSTORE PURCHASES: Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or returned in store with the original receipt and original method of payment available.
If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:
Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you for the refunded amount.
The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.
Credits will be issued after they receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to them, and then needed to be inspected. Once they process the return, then they will credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
