PacSun Store Return Policy & Exchanges

 

 

You have 60 days to return any items that were purchased with the original receipt except:

  • Final Sale items
  • Pierced body jewelry and all earrings
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear that has been tried on or worn

All items returned within 60 days with the original receipt will be refunded based on the original form of payment.

Any items returned after 60 days or more after purchase date will be credited for the price paid either in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange.

 

How to Return a Store Purchase

If you do not have your receipt, please see Without Receipt, below.

If you purchased your return at a PacSun store, simply return it to your local PacSun store, for your refund or exchange. Merchandise purchased at a PacSun store can only be returned to one of our PacSun stores.

Buy One Get One Promotions Return & Exchange Policy: You may exchange any BOGO item that was charged $0.00 for items of equal or lesser value of the original value. BOGO items that were charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. Qualifying item refund or exchange requests will be processed referencing the dollar value originally charged.

Without Receipt

Gift receipts and exchange receipts are not original receipts.

Returns without a receipt will either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price or the returned item.

If you paid by debit or credit card and would like to receive a refund for the merchandise, click here and provide the necessary information below.

  • Full Name, Telephone Number and Mailing Address (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Purchase Date (month/date/year)
  • Store Return Location (City/State OR Store #)
  • Total Purchase Amount
  • Last Four Digits of Credit or Debit Card used for return refund

 

 

Refund Process

After you have returned your item, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your method of payment.

  • Debit card or credit card refunds will appear on the card’s next statement.
  • eGift card or gift card refunds will go back to the original eGift card or gift card.
  • If you paid by check, a refund will be processed after 7 days.

Exchanges that do not have the tags attached can only be exchanged for the current selling price or the returned item.

Refund Timeframe

If your refund has not posted in 3-5 business days, we can provide you with a reference number to give to your payment processor to expedite your refund. Please click here and provide the necessary information below so we can research your refund.

  • Return Date (month/date/year)
  • Store Return Location, City/State or Store # (Store # located on the top right hand corner of your receipt)
  • 4 digit Trans # (Located on the top right hand corner of your receipt)
  • Total Return refund Amount
  • Last Four Digits of Credit or Debit Card used for return refund
