Quiksilver Store Return Policy
If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Company Retail Store, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original receipt, to a Company Retail Store located in the continental U.S., in its original condition and with the tags still attached, customer will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Returns after 30 days: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
- Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Returns for Paypal Purchases – Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned by shipping back to Brand’s official e-commerce site following the return instructions on Company’s website.
If the store lacks funds, the return is over $350, or the customer cannot be refunded on their original form of payment and does not want a merchandise credit, a check will be issued by Quiksilver’s corporate office located in Huntington Beach, California and the check will be mailed to customer within 4-6 weeks.

Standard Return Shipping
- Mail returns typically require 10-12 business days to process. (Please allow an additional 7-10 days for returns from Canada)
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to their original form of payment.
How to Submit a Return via Mail in the US
- Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt.
- Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. Please retain the return tracking number located on the pre-paid label for your records.
