Returning your product at UGG® just got easier! They will now accept any product purchased online at www.ugg.com or an official UGG® Concept or Outlet Store to be returned directly in Concept or Outlet Stores.
Proof of purchase required for in-store returns.
Whether you purchased your item online or in a store, you have the option to send your product back to their warehouse for an exchange or credit within 30 days of original purchase.
To Begin the Return Process:
- Please be sure to print and include your return form in the package with your shoes.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is no longer available at time of return processing, a credit will be issued.
- If you are able to provide an order number for your full-price UGG.com purchase, a prepaid shipping return label will be provided to you at the end of the return request.
- You will be able to track your return here once it has been dropped off at any USPS facility.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track.
