RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN A STORE:
Bring your item(s) to a store near you and they will gladly process your request. Don’t forget to bring the invoice included in your package. At this time, returns and exchanges can only be accepted at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Within 90 days of purchase, Victoria’s Secret will exchange merchandise or issue a refund in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise. After 90 days from the date of purchase, Victoria’s Secret will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the original purchase price for the returned merchandise. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 7 returns, including exchanges for merchandise of lesser value, within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
