Pandora Store Return Policy

To make a return to a Pandora store you will need a valid proof of purchase which must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pandora can only offer exchanges for items that have been purchased from Pandora stores.
  • They do not offer exchanges for items purchased from PANDORA multi branded stockists.
  • The items must be returned in a saleable condition with a valid receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • All Sale items are exchange only within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • Items bought within a multi-buy or promotional offer must be returned with a valid receipt and PANDORA will require the return of any gift item(s) associated with the offer to be returned.
  • Any refunds will be issued from the store of purchase by the original payment method to the value of the item printed on the original receipt. For any Debit/Credit card refunds, the cardholder must be present.
  • Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
  • Please retain your original receipt to guarantee the manufacturing warranty on your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered within the PANDORA Bicester Outlet (except where goods are faulty and not sold to you as faulty).
  • PANDORA Gift cards cannot be refunded in store for cash.
