Sketcher Store Return Policy

To return an item(s) purchased at a SKECHERS Retail Store, bring the unworn item(s) back to the store of purchase with the original receipt and box. You will have the option to exchange the item(s) or return your purchase for a full refund/credit.
If you’re not happy with your SKECHERS.com purchase for any reason, you may return unworn/defective item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund in one of two ways:
  1. Return at any SKECHERS retail store. For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from SKECHERS.com.
  2. Find your local SKECHERS store.
  3. Return via a FREE printable UPS return label
