Return Policy on Shoes

When it comes to returning shoes to many of the Department Stores like Target, Nordstrom, JCPenney, Nike, and Dillards they basically have similar policies.
Return Policy on Shoes
When it comes to returning shoes, look the bottom- if you can see little scrap marks, the return will not be accepted. If the item has ever been worn outside, you’ll get the scrap marks and they cannot be returned.

One of the best return policies for shoes is Zappos
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Zappos Retail, Inc. you may return it in its original condition within 365 days for a refund. We’ll even pay for return shipping!

Returning shoes to a Kohl’s Store?

With an original receipt, you’ll get a refund or even exchange. If you paid with a check, you may get a Merchandise Credit, cash or a Corporate Refund. With a gift receipt, you’ll get an even exchange of a Merchandise Credit.
If you don’t have your receipt but paid with a Kohl’s Charge any other major credit card, or added your Yes2You Rewards account to the transaction, we can look up your purchase and give you a refund. Otherwise, you’ll get an even exchange or Merchandise Credit based on the lowest 13 week sale price.
We may ask for a valid ID, so please have one handy, just in case!

Returning by Mail?
We can’t accept returns by mail for items purchased in a store. Please return store purchases to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl’s store.
Gift Cards
We’re sorry, but gift cards can’t be returned.
When returning laptops and tablet, please remember to remove your personal data and information.
